Legacy West Partners, based in La Jolla, is pleased to announce the expansion of our operational footprint with the opening of a new east coast management office in Tampa, Florida at 28210 Paseo Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL. This recent addition expands our management branch, La Jolla Equities, to include four offices in La Jolla, Chattanooga, Houston, and Tampa. This expansion enhances our operational reach, ensuring that all properties within our portfolio are accessible within a matter of hours.

As part of this expansion, we are also excited to welcome April Collins and Anett Valiente Ivonnet to our team. They will play a vital role in overseeing accounts payable, ensuring seamless financial operations and strengthening vendor relationships. Their expertise and dedication will further support our mission to deliver exceptional management services as we continue to grow.

Further Upgrades to Kentucky Portfolio Moving Forward with In-House Team

Legacy West Partners’ in-house management team is set to commence renovation work at Precision Metal Works (PMW)’s Louisville, KY facility in early March, reinforcing our commitment to maintaining high-quality, well-operated assets. These renovations will include upgrades to restrooms, offices, the break room, parking lot, painting, and landscaping.

Late last year, our team successfully completed a series of capital improvements at PMW's Frankfort, KY facility. The upgrades, fully reimbursable under the terms of the existing NNN lease, included renovations to restrooms, offices, the break room, roll-up door, painting, and landscaping.

Notably, the exceptional standard of work delivered by our management team has led PMW to engage with our team for renovations at a third facility—a property we do not own—further underscoring our reputation for exceeding tenant expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
