Legacy West Partners was founded by Ben Tashakorian and Brad Peters, combining more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, brokerage, and management. We own and manage over 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate across seven states, and actively invest in industrial assets around the country. Our portfolio is diverse, including industrial, commercial, office, and hospitality properties. With five managing offices, we take pride in the productivity, maintenance, and up-keep of our properties, and pass the benefits of our highly efficient operation onto our investors.
