Legacy West's Partners acquired 805 W Cedar in April 2013 and is in the process of receiving entitlements to redevelop the site as a multifamily development. The property is located in a highly desired and accessible area, being just steps away from the County Center/Little Italy Station and walking distance from some of San Diego’s most popular restaurants and nightlife. The property consists of two parcels at 805 W Cedar St and 1560 California St, totaling 11,206.42 SF (0.26 AC).
