In April 2020, Legacy West Partners expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of 2002 and 2010 Oceanside Blvd, further enhancing the Oceanside Blvd Industrial Park. These single-tenant buildings underwent extensive renovations, including facade improvements, new window lines, roll-up doors, roof replacements, upgraded HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and more. Additionally, the parking facilities were fully repaved and re-striped. Acquired as vacant properties, our management team leveraged its extensive resources to successfully secure single tenants for each site, maximizing the properties' value and occupancy.
