1060 Colorado

Legacy West Partners acquired 1060 Colorado Ave in October 2017. This nearly 11,000-square-foot industrial building in Chula Vista, CA, was tenanted by Tuff Products, a local manufacturer. Upon acquisition, our team undertook a renovation that included roof replacement, new paint, and landscaping improvements. After three years of enhancements, the property was sold in November 2020 to the existing tenant, Tuff Products, for more than twice the original purchase price.
